Peppermint Crisp Bananas

Ingredients:
6 Ripe bananas
300g Peppermint crisp

Directions
Leave skin on bananas and slice 3/4 of the way through
Fill skin with crumbled peppermint crisp
Wrap in tin foil and cook on a low heat until banana is soft
Serve in skin with cream or ice cream

Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients:
4 Slices white bread
1/2 Cup sherry or port
2 Eggs
4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Cut bread in half diagonally
Pour sherry over bread evenly
Mix egg in bowl
Dip bread briefly into egg mixture
Heat oil in soild plate
Fry bread until golden on both sides
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle onto bread
Serve with cream or ice-cream
