- Do not adjust the regulator as it preset to the required pressure.
- Close gas cylinder when BBQ is not in use.
- Remove dust cover before lighting.
- Ensure the convection hood is open when lighting.
- If gas odour is detected, close cylinder valve and inspect gas system for leaks. If uncertain of how to inspect for leaks, seek professional assistance.
- Do not store the gas cylinder on its side, or directly under the BBQ.
- Do not fit dustproof or weatherproof cover until BBQ is completely cold.
- Ensure the hose has no sharp bends or kinks as this will reduce the gas pressure.
- Do not attempt to repair a faulty regulator, cylinder or valve.
- Always transport the cylinder in an upright position.
- Do not leave a filled container in a hot vehicle - gas pressure increases with heat and could cause a leak.
- Do not use a cylinder that is visably damaged or rusted.
- Do not block the air vents on the front control panel or the outlet vents on the rear of the convector hood.
- Do not leave grill in use unattended.
- Ensure only qualified personel install or service your gas BBQ.

- Brush or spray cooking oil onto the grids before use to minimise sticking.
- When using the convector hood, do not light the burners directly beneath the food. Place food on unlit section of the grill area and light the adjoining burners. Close the convector hood and regulate the temperature by adjusting the gas valve. It is advisable to preheat the barbeque to the required temperature beforehand.
- For cooking on the rotisserie, remove grids as they become unnecessarily dirty, place the meat onto the spike and ensure that the meat is centered. Proceed with one of the following methods:
- Method One: Use with convector hood as described above. This method is best suited for quicker cooking.
- Method Two: Use without the convector hood. Light the burners directly below the meat and leave on the lowest position. This method is not as quick as method one but the meat will be more tender.
- To use the solid plate, remove two grids and replace with solid plate. Do not remove the radiants as they ensure an even heat distribution and eliminate hot spots.
- To use wok/pot attachment, remove two grids and radiants and place attachment onto grill. Pot legs will fit into unit.
- Toast can be made by placing bread slices in drip trays.
- Fish or vegetables can be grilled in the drip tray (do not cook directly above drip tray that is in use).
- Cooking with gas is more efficient and instant compared with charcoal or electricity. Start cooking on low and turn up heat as required.
- Storage drawer can be placed on top of grid to reheat food.
